Will I lose my unemployement status if I made a mistake using the automated claim system or can I change a answer I made on my weekly claim via automated response?
On Christmas Day, I made my weekly phone call and answered all questions honestly. However at the end, it asked “did you return to work” and I pressed “1” for yes when I should have pressed “2” for no.
With all the going on a Christmas morning, I slipped.
