Can I collect Unemployment if my husband finds job in another state

We have had 7 unemployment hardships in 3yrs.

I have a job.

My husband has not found a job.

If he finds a job in another state, I will have to quit my job.

Can I file for unemployment?

Would this be quitting "For Good Cause"?

No, not in Florida. It wouldn't be good cause unless your spouse is in the military and even then you should call the department to see if there are disqualifying situations.
