Can I get unemplyment if I quit because my employer stopped paying me

by Dana
(Florida)

My employer stopped paying me consistantly in March of 2009 and by August 2009 I was past due 6 of my bi-weekly paychecks and was forced to look for employment elsewhere. I quit because he refused after many request to get my wages current.

Infact the workplace became unbareable toward the end of my tenure ...

I have filed and appeal based on the above

Hi Dana,

Tell me what the determination stated as the reason for denial of benefits too please.
