EDD appeal Hearing - I won!!!!!!!!!

Hi Chris,

I just had to write you back and let you know I won my CUIAB hearing yesterday!!!!!!

Your suggestions about writing up the appeal letter and including the all the exhibits did it for me, but the judge still wanted rake my employer over the coals and that "Damsel in distress" was especially important to my case. My supervisor didn't even show up, and sent 3 of the worst antagonizers to defend him! It was a great show to watch them squirm!
