how long does it take to get benefits once appeal has been won?

by CBurkett
(Brandon, FL, USA)

I won my appeals hearing on June 22nd, and still haven't received any benefits...how long does Florida take to pay out benefits, after a decision has been reversed?

Hi,

This is one of those questions that I get asked over and over again. If your hearing was on June 22nd .. I think you may be asking too soon due to impatience most likely caused by how long it takes for the appeal to make it to hearing level in Florida.

This question was also what led to one of the longer threads of comments on this site Click here to read it. If you read long enough, you'll come across information about your ability to check the status online.
