I live in pa what should I write to appeal my determination letter

I filed unemployment and I was denied but I am late on my appeal because I never got it, but they sent me a new one. I was fired for not following rules/and violence on the work place what should I write on my appeal if I no I never did suck things


Hi James,

Follow the instructions. Keep it simple .. something along the lines of ..

I wish to appeal the determination denying me unemployment benefits which found I was fired for misconduct. I disagree.

Please accept this appeal as timely as I did not receive the determination until after the appeal deadline.
