Hi,

Not being able to afford daycare is generally not good cause to quit a job .. therefore makes getting your benefits back very difficult.

Quitting almost always must be attributable to the work .. I suspect though that the issue you should be investigating is whether you have a case to quit because the the work is not suitable work.
