I am moving to CA from PA, Can I still collect PA unemployment? I submit claims online and have direct deposit of payments.

Hi Anonymous,

Yes, you should still be able to collect your benefits, but you will want to check on the Pennsylvania website as to what you must do with regard to changing your address and what you may be required to do once in California .. like possibly registering for work.

Pennsylvania does not have a "locality provision" that I am aware of.
