move out of state

by Sally
(Rogers, AR, USA)

All of my family has moved 3000 miles away and I make min wage and am struggling without their help. I work at a gas station where I can not even use the bathroom during my shift and I work between 9 and 12 hour shifts. can I quit to move with my family and get unemployment?

Sally,

Explain to me about not being allowed to use the bathroom during a 9-12 hour long shift. Can you prove this?

How old are you? Are you a minor? Because where your family lives might only be relevant .. if you are a minor.
