My name is WILLIAM L ARROW, address of ***address deleted*** and I have not received unemployment benefits for the weeks of June 14 and June 28, 2009. How do I go about filing a claim for these weeks?

Don't you think this is something you should be contacting the state about????

Because, trust me, I'm not going to send a check to the FULL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED.

Why don't you start here William, maybe you can figure out what's happened.

We're Not Stupid!

We're not stupid and talked to Pa Unemployment office today. They could give us no positive answers, said they will send us eligibility requirements, when he's been receiving benefits for 4 months.

I apologize, to whoever it is that attempted to publish William's address on the internet.

Do you have confirmation that William filed his claim for continuing benefits on time?

Could he have accidentally checked a wrong box on the continuing claim form?

Is there a possibility that William's employer has filed an appeal to his benefits and they have suspended benefits until the outcome of the appeal is decided?
