short on cash drawer

i was short in my cash drawer never been wrote up for being short i had my hearing todayand the employer ddidnt have the paper i sign a year ealier that if i came up short i can be fired. so at the hearing today they didnt have that paperwork but the hearing officer is letting them fax that paper in to them why they didnt have that paper today and why unemployment letting them fax that to them if they didnt have the paper today for the hearing do do think i can get unemploment


That is not something that should be allowed .. unless the hearing was continued.
