Cell phone

by Anonymous

(Yuma AZ)

I was denied unemployment in AZ because my employer assumed I had a cell phone. I was in my cubicle looking down ward when the boss walked by about 20 feet away. HE did not actually see a cell phone. Which I did not have. He assumed told me he was going to term me and did not argue and just left. I applied for unemployment got denied now appealing.

Question – Any prior write-ups Yuma, for violating the employer’s policy about cell phones?

And while I’m at it .. can you include the policy .. if you know it, or have it handy in an employee handbook?
