Will I win my appeal ?

I worked for a company for only 7 months.

I previously did the same line of work for 18 years at another bank where my position was eliminated due to lack of work.

Anyways I came to this bank and I worked in a very hostile environment.

I was the 4th person in two years to try and fill this job under the management.

I went to HR several times asking to be moved out of the department. Explaining and pleading with them please I need my job, but I can’t work under these conditions any longer.

My boss would make me cry daily and throw tissues at my lap when I would cry etc. This is only one example.

She would threaten to fire me weekly.

The last straw was the day she told me if I didn’t get my shit together my head would roll an I would be fired.

I immediately emailed HR told them I was giving my two weeks resignation notice because the issue wasn’t ever resolved.

HR even admitted they had other complaints on the same boss and they would resolve it , nothing was ever done . Long story short I quit . I was working out my 2 weeks . They called me into the office on day 3 of my 2 weeks an said effective immediately I was no longer employed. But they had me sign the resignation letter of voluntarily quitting . Basically I was sort of fired . I live in PA an I have my lawyer what are my chances ?? I have all of my emails with HR about the abuse and proof I applied for other positions .
