Will my unemployment claim be denied automatically because I was fired?

I’m a dental hygienist in the state of California, and I worked with my last employer for 1 year. Our relationship started to decline over the past couple of months, due to conflicting personalities. We both agreed it was in our best interest to terminate our employer and employee relationship.

Hi,

Well I would say that depends on if you were fired and for what .. and if the employer can prove misconduct.

I would say that the circumstances you say were involved in the end of your employment .. sound more like a mutual agreement, but then perception is the difference between what really happened and how we present the way things happened.
