Wrongfully fired for being under the influence of alcohol

by Kena

(Illinois)

I was accused of drinking a 4 loco enery drink while on duty as a security officer. My supervisor and another officer both of whom I have had prior altercations with lied and said that I openly admitted to it. What options do I have or what laws have they broken seeing as how I was never given a sobriety test?

You’re missing the point if they fired you making the burden to prove misconduct for drinking on the job.

How will they prove you were drinking alcohol without a test to show it was in your system?
