conspiracy at mcdonalds in columbia,mo

I have worked for Mcdonalds for a year a half.

I have never seen a company cover up so much stuff so that they don't get into trouble and because I was against it and tried to point it out I know I have been falsely accused of something I would never do, I'm out of a job?

How can employers win the right not to pay you based a phony reports? Isn't the state gonna believe them over you?



Not if you know how to protect yourself.

But that's my take on the whole position of being an employee .. take responsibility for yourself and know what your rights so you can be responsible for using them in some kind of intelligent fashion if you ever need them.
