I've answered questions in a way some appreciated and other clearly didn't. But this is basically, how the unemployment insurance system works if one is satisfied to simply be a bystander to whatever the outcome of an unemployment claim initiated by the party that claims they lost their job by no fault of their own.
I absolutely believe unemployment benefits are worth fighting for so we all don't lose, or dilute our right to exercise our rights to file a claim. Yet, I also believe if you're going to fight you must accept it's up to you to make this law work better for yourself, by knowing if you argue what's fact, or not, it should be done objectively and to a basic principle connected to at least one quasi-legal intent of this law, which is not meant to protect employees, but our collective economic security.
So, be objective to prove facts, or rebut those meant to create misconceptions and focus on facts that have quasi-legal merit unique to your job separation, or that which causes any appeal argument, to have some sort of validity, you weren't at fault for why you lost your job, but your employer was.
