I know I've answered questions, some didn't appreciate, but I also know the unemployment insurance system doesn't often work well for the person that chooses to be a bystander to their own claim.
I think unemployment benefits are worth fighting if the fight is objective, principled, and focused on merits that allow a valid argument.
So my question is, why not approach collecting unemployment, as if you mean business, or more like a business does, since you were/will be, one half of the at-will employment relationship that was ended when you .. or your employer moved to end it.
